It is October already, the days are getting shorter and soon the fire will be on.So surely it’s time to start booking next year’s holiday or maybe a cheeky little weekend away from it all! I know most people relish the thought of sitting by a pool or on a beach for a week and when my children were smaller I must admit the idea of having ready made entertainment for them was appealing. However now that they are a little older I can indulge myself a little more and choose somewhere less focused on having an amazing pool and more on discovering how local people live. The apartment belongs to Tine  Kejeldsen, the uber cool Creative Director and Designer of Scandinavian brand Tine K Home. 90 m2 of gorgeousness in Santa Catalina, Palma De Mallorca.Santa Catalina has some cool, eclectic interior shops and boutiques but perhaps the most appealing for me…a charming fresh food market where you can buy fresh fish, beautiful fruit and vegetables, grab a coffee, a tapa and a picnic. Across from the market, El Perrito is a perfect little spot for breakfast. The apartment is available for rent here.I just adore the beautiful floors and the cool, calm feel of it without forgetting the fact that if you are a Tine K Home fan, then you’re in for a treat with the immaculately appointed decor.Sounds tempting?
