New exclusive art prints from White & Grey
I am sure I don’t need to tell you how much I love prints, wall art and gallery walls! Monochrome is my thing so black and white photography always features heavily at mine!
I am forever on the lookout for new original and affordable art to hang on my walls. Recently I was approached by the lovely Catherine, owner of independent store White & Grey. Catherine’s aim with White & Grey has always been to support and promote small Indi artists and artisans and be able to provide an alternative range of home products to the mass-produced high street retailers. Beau Britain is her first exclusive Artist… Her photographic work is beautifully atmospheric and alluring. Her Free Spirit Collection has powerful stand alone images but also works perfectly as a gallery.
Who is Beau Brittain?
Having worked in design, music and film in Los Angeles and London, Beau Brittain returned to her first love, photography and has pursued it with a dedicated passion for the past fifteen years from her studio in Chelsea. She has recently held exhibitions of her work in Mayfair and Fulham.
What inspires Beau Brittain?
Beau Britain draws inspiration from the creative environments she has worked in and incorporates these influences in her own unique way, particularly using colour and mixed imagery to enhance an otherwise ordinary composition.
The inspiration for her artistry grows from a desire to trigger an emotional connection and memory from the subject matter which is open to personal interpretation.
Her latest work
Beau’s latest work “Free Spirit” is nothing short of breathtaking, I chose two prints: “Revamp” and “Consent”, it was a tough choice as the whole collection is stunning. Go and check out the whole gallery at White & Grey, they come in different sizes. Which is your favourite, do let me know in the comments below!
