Situated at the crossroads of Soho, Nolita, Little Italy and Chinatown, this is home to Caroline Petit and Jonas Mason, head of brand Deco Three Seven, and 15 months old Muse. The couple, self confessed serial movers, have done a great job at transforming this loft into a warm, comfortable and cosy home entirely furnished from their store, Three Seven. My favourite part is the internal window from the main bedroom looking into Muse’s room, beautiful don’t you think?

Lofts

Lofts

Yes i hear you, another loft! What can i say i love them! Sure there are some downsides to living in such a big open space, it can tough to heat, noisy, badly insulated, the electric bill will be high, the windows aren’t bog standard and privacy can be an issue.BUT just look at the space you get to play with! A loft has no formal structure, it’s a blank slate. This simplicity of style allows you to craft the space into whatever you see fit. And dont even get me started on the amount of original features you might get, brick walls, concrete walls, tin tiled ceilings etc etc..
